About
In powerlifting, a lift counts when three referees turn on white lights. Until then it is an attempt.
Almost every "average bench press" figure on the internet comes from numbers people typed into an app about themselves. No referee, no depth, no weigh-in. This site was built to answer the same questions from lifts that actually counted — 1,818,459 of them, from 443 federations, all of it public-domain data you can download and check.
Everything here is free, computes in your browser, and asks for nothing. It is paid for by the ads on the page. There is no signup, no gated result and no email capture, and there never will be — a percentile behind an email form is not a reference site, it is a lead magnet.
It is published by Amit Sharma, who builds a family of free data tools that show their working. If something here is wrong, tell me.
